Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Commonspace's terms constitute the entire agreement between us. Severability, waiver, and assignment provisions apply. Commonspace Platforms, Inc. is a third-party beneficiary.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or platform outages, or other force majeure events.
